Marmora man charged with sexual assault

Northumberland OPP say a 22-year-old Marmora man is facing a sexual assault charge stemming from an alleged 2020 incident.

Authorities opened the investigation into accusations on Thursday, which are alleged to have occurred at a home in Trent Hills.

Police are not releasing the suspect’s name, as he was a youth at the time of the alleged incident.

He will appear in court at a later date.
