Northumberland OPP responded to Devils Valley Road and County Road 8 in the Municipality of Trent Hills, to find a red pick-up truck in the ditch and the driver being treated by EMS.

The woman was taken to local hospital as a precaution. There she refused a breathalyzer.

The driver is also accused of driving on a suspended licence. She will appear in court at a later date.
