Hi - I’m Elizabeth Kiser the host of Happy Hour - the show that interviews people about what they do to make themselves happy - in their careers, hobbies, lives in general.
The idea is to find ways of increasing our happiness quotient by learning about others. Who knows, you may decide to try something new only to discover how happy it makes you feel.
In fact, Scientific research shows that every aspect of our being is improved when we are happy - and during the show I often mention scientific research & studies that delve into this question of happiness.

with experts discussing everything to do with seniors' interests, from medical to lifestyle to finances. And from time to time By George! has popular local columnist George Smith dropping by with his quirky outlook on life as he sees it. Plus we play the music that you like - and, yes, you can hear all the words!
