Port Hope lifts burn ban

Fire and Emergency Services has lifted the Burn Ban, effective immediately.

Residents are reminded to follow the open-air burning By-laws and to always use extreme caution when performing open air burns. For more information on our Burn Permits visit porthope.ca/burn-permits.

Failure to comply with the open-air burning By-law may result in fines and/or charges under the Ontario Fire Code and Municipal By-Laws.
