Arrests made in alleged Cobourg copper theft

Two Cobourg men are facing theft of copper charges, from an alleged incident from last month.
On June 6, police received a report of a theft from a business in the area of D'Arcy Street.
Surveillance video revealed that at approximately 3:20 a.m., a group of individuals attended the business and used bolt cutters to remove multiple sections of copper from the property.
The men were arrested on July 1. Both men were later released from custody.
