A 22 Year Old Man facing charges for breaking and entering Victoria Hall

A 22-year-old Cobourg man is facing charges following a break and enter at Victoria Hall Thursday morning.

Cobourg Police say officers responded to the building around 6:20AM after receiving a report of a break and enter. Police arrived at the property and arrested a man who had allegedly gained entry by smashing a back window.

22-year-old Ryan Denis of Cobourg was charged with break and enter, theft, and possession of property obtained by crime.

He was released on an undertaking with conditions and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
