Library roof work begins

By Cecilia Nasmith

The Town of Cobourg's Corporate Service Division reminds the community that construction work on the Cobourg Public Library's upper roof begins May 11.

The work will go on throughout the month, weather permitting, typically taking place between 7 AM and 5 PM.

Barricades and sidewalk-closure signage will be in place as needed during the construction. And due to the nature of the work, neighbours may notice noise during working hours. But the library does intend to remain open during its regular business hours throughout.

The Town of Cobourg thanks residents for their understanding and apologizes for any inconvenience as this project is completed.
