Users of the Port Hope Medical Walk-in Clinic are invited to take a short survey on their experience with the one-year pilot project.
The call is out for anyone who has made use of the Port Hope Medical Walk-in Clinic to take a short survey on the experience.
Northumberland County, along with students from the Loyalist College Nursing Program, have put out a brief survey – estimated to take about 10 minutes – to gather this feedback in order to assess the clinic's impact in the community and to explore ways to enhance its service.
Opened Aug. 17 as a one-year pilot project in partnership with the Community Health Centres of Northumberland, the clinic aims to address the gap in health-care access for individuals without a family doctor. It is an opportunity to evaluate the feasibility of providing medical walk-in-clinic services on a permanent basis.
Feedback from the survey will support research for the process of evaluating the pilot and provide valuable insight into how services could be improved.
This quick feedback survey is available at PortHopeClinic.ca, and paper copies are available at the clinic.
