Cobourg man charged with murder

A Cobourg man is facing a murder charge, following an incident on James Street Sunday morning.

Police responded to a home there at approximately 10 AM to find one person dead.

Kenneth Trolley was arrested and charged in the incident. Authorities say the investigation continues.
