Cobourg

Experience Cobourg invites you to their traditional Family Day Celebration coming up Feb. 17 – which actually includes festivities postponed from First Night because of the inclement weather.

It all takes place from 3 to 7 p.m. on the holiday Monday in Rotary Waterfront Park at 35 Albert St.

Weather permitting, outdoor skating on the outdoor rink is part of the fun, with music by a live DJ.

Horse-and-wagon rides will take you through Cobourg's scenic streets, and a scavenger hunt will be a fun and interactive challenge for the whole family.

A food vendor will be on-site (or drop into any one of a number of downtown restaurants that will be open)

To wrap it all up, marvel at the spectacular fireworks display that lights up the night at 7 p.m.

And don't miss this last chance to enjoy the Christmas Magic lights in Rotary Harbourfront Park before they disappear for another season.
