Cobourg asks residents – how are we doing

By Cecilia Nasmith

The Town of Cobourg's Communications Department is pleased to announce a new project on Engage Cobourg, its on-line public-engagement platform designed to gather residents' feedback and comments.

The new Customer Service Satisfaction Survey is a new means of seeking input to assess how satisfied residents are with the current level of customer service they receive from the town (identified as part of council's Strategic Plan after a recent Service Delivery Review and a current Organizational Review).

This feedback will help the town in reviewing both current ability and performance with respect to providing efficient and effective corporate, community, business and recreational services for residents, visitors and businesses.

There are two opportunities for residents to share their feedback and experiences – by completing the survey and by joining the forum. Visit engagecobourg.ca to learn more about the public-engagement project.

Cobourg residents are encouraged to create a profile on-line and participate in current public-engagement – visit www.engagecobourg.ca and click the Register Today! button.
