Conservative candidate Phillip Lawrence officially launched his federal election campaign at his downtown Cobourg office Saturday. On hand for the event was former Conservative MP Rick Norlock, who represented the old Northumberland-Quinte West riding from 2006 to 2015. Norlock spoke with Northumberland 89.7's Pete Campbell at the campaign launch.
