As the current strike by Ontario College faculty stretches into it's fifth week, staff have rejected the latest offer presented. A vote of 50% plus one was required for the offer to be accepted.

This strike is the longest in Ontario Post-Secondary history, causing many of the 500,000 students to be concerned that they will lose this semester.

Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynne says that she will immediately meet with both sides in the dispute.
