The Town of Cobourg's Community Services Division announces the return of Experience Cobourg's Ghost Walks, with on-line ticket sale beginning at 9 a.m. Sept. 7.

“Brave the dark and uncover the chilling secrets hidden in Cobourg's oldest streets – where eerie tales, legendary figures and haunted landmarks await,” the invitation said in the announcement.

“New for 2026: a freshly reimagined route featuring never-before-told stops and stories.”

Tours run Fridays throughout October, with extra tours during the week of Halloween – at both 6:30 and 8 p.m. on Oct. 2, 9, 16 and 23, as well as Wednesday through Saturday of Halloween weekend (Oct. 28-31).

These two-hour walking tours begin at Henley Arcade (48A King St. W.), and they are rain-or-shine events. In extreme weather, the event will be cancelled and ticket holders notified.

Tickets are $15 (HST included), available through the Experience Cobourg box office (tickets.cobourg.ca) or by calling 1-855-372-2210.
