The Town of Cobourg has announced the closure of municipal buildings on Monday, in observance of Labour Day – a list that includes Victoria Hall, the Cobourg Community Centre, the Cobourg Public Library, Public Works Building 7 and the Venture 13 Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centre.

The town has also announced hours of operation over the Saturday and Sunday of that holiday weekend at three of those buildings.

The Cobourg Community Centre (750 D'Arcy St.) will be open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. both Saturday and Sunday.

The Cobourg Public Library (200 Ontario St.) will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, and from 1 to 5 p.m. Sunday.

And at Victoria Hall (55 King St. W.), the building and the Northumberland Art Gallery (third floor west) will be open from noon to 4 p.m. both days.

Meanwhile, please note that Cobourg Transit will be running its regular hours of operation on Labour Day.
