Ed's House Hospice announces its annual Hike, Bike & Bark for Hospice fundraiser on Sept. 27 at Cobourg's Victoria Park, and also welcomes CPS Wood Products as this year's Presenting Sponsor.
The announcement said this partnership elevates the event “and adds to the growing community support behind Ed's House Hospice, whose care teams provide comfort, dignity and support to individuals and families across Northumberland County.”
CPS spokesperson Michelle Adamson said this support “is meaningful to our company because it has touched the lives of people within our own team and their families.
“We have seen firsthand the difference these services make during challenging times, providing care, guidance, comfort and support when it is needed most. That personal connection makes our partnership more than a financial contribution – it is an opportunity to give back to an organization that has had a real and lasting impact on members of our workplace family and community.”
In addition to supporting Ed's House, the annual Hike, Bike & Bark for Hospice fundraiser offers a chance for the entire community to come together and celebrate, remember and honour loved ones.
