The Town of Cobourg Communications Department announces a new Engage Cobourg feature called Keepin' Up in Cobourg to provide answers to commonly asked questions.

The announcement described the feature as “a go-to place for residents to ask questions and find answers about town events, services and current projects. Think of it as a living FAQ that grows and evolves based on the questions residents are asking.”

The Communications Department will work closely with the Customer Service and other teams across the organization to identify these commonly asked questions and provide factual answers, with the goal of helping members of the community stay informed about the issues that matter to them.

The page is on the Engage Cobourg website at Engagecobourg.ca/keepinup

You can submit your questions through the open form on the web page. Each week, communications staff will post a new question and answer to the town's social media channels, with the topics archived on the Engage Cobourg page for easy reference. You can follow the Keepin' Up in Cobourg posts on Facebook (@TownofCobourg) and Instagram (@TownofCobourg).

Residents are encouraged to create an Engage Cobourg account at engagecobourg.ca/register to follow and participate in the town's public-engagement projects, and opt in to receive newsletter updates. If you previously created an account but have not used it over the past year, you will be prompted to create a new password.
