Toronto man charged with assault in Cobourg

A 26-year-old Toronto man is charged in an alleged assault with a youth in Cobourg on Monday.

Officers responded to a report of an assault involving a youth who reported being punched and kicked while at a local park in the area of D’Arcy Street and Bay Street.

The man was later arrested without incident and will appear in court at a later date.
