Cobourg Police investigate crash involving pedestrian

Police are appealing for witnesses or surveillance video, following a vehicle-pedestrian collision in Cobourg Saturday evening.

Police responded to a collision at King Street West and Forth Street in Cobourg. A pedestrian was crossing the road when they were struck by a vehicle.

The pedestrian was transported to Northumberland Hills Hospital and transferred by ground to a Toronto-area hospital with non- life-threatening injuries.

No charges have been laid at this time. Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
