Significant drug bust in Cobourg

Four people are facing drug charges following a major raid early Thursday morning.

Officers from Cobourg, Port Hope and Belleville executed a search warrant on a home in the area of Division and Swayne Street, allegedly seizing 25 grams of fentanyl and 78 grams of cocaine.

The total street value of the drugs seized was approximately $18, 500 dollars.

Three people were released from custody, while the fourth person was remanded for a bail hearing.
