Northumberland County is showcasing the many programs, services and supports available to local families at an Oct. 26 event – the Family Expo, which runs from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 800 Division St., Cobourg.

Designed with families in mind, the expo brings together a variety of organizations that support children, youth, parents and caregivers all in one welcoming space where there will be hands-on activities, interactive exhibits and opportunities to meet service providers and learn more about local supports.

It will also be an opportunity to explore the EarlyON Child and Family Centre, including the Indigenous playroom and accessible outdoor playground.

As well, Zoo to You will be on site from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. to offer education activities (and the chance to get up close with animals and reptiles).

The event is free to attend, and no registration is required – for more information, visit Northumberland.ca/FamilyExpo
