A Cramahe Township man is facing impaired driving charges after being stopped by OPP on Highway 401 eastbound near Brighton.

After speaking with the driver in the early morning hours on August 22, police began an impaired operation investigation where the motorist was taken into custody and transferred to a local detachment for further tests.

The man received a 90 day driving suspension and will appear in court in October
