Trent Hills woman charged in Peterborough incident

A Trent Hills woman is facing a mischief charge in allegedly slashing tires.

Peterborough County OPP received a call advising that some time on Monday night, the tires on two separate vehicles on the complainants property, had been slashed.

The complainant believed that the damage had been done by their ex-partner's new partner, out of jealousy.

The accused initially denied the allegations, but eventually called police to admit to the actions.

The unidentified woman will appear in a Peterborough court at a later date.
