Cobourg Police have released photos of three suspects, alleged to have used a bomb threat to conduct a distraction theft.

Authorities responded to a threat of a bomb at a business near Burnham Street and DePalma Drive Sunday afternoon.

A search of the building determined no suspicious items.

While officers were managing that incident, police received a report of an attempted theft at a business near King Street and Spring Street involving the same individuals.

Anyone with information is asked to call police or Crime Stoppers.
