OPP make arrest in alleged Roseneath trespass

A Roseneath man will have a court date next month, after being charged with trespassing, following an alleged incident Tuesday.

Police claim shortly before 10:00 p.m., officers responded to a report of a person trespassing on residential property on County Road 45 in Roseneath.

The caller also reported that the person was also causing damage to a door at the property.

A description of the accused was obtained, as Justin Smoke was arrested just before midnight on County Road.

Authorities say this arrest has nothing to do with several alleged break and enters in the Roseneath area recently and that this is an isolated incident.
