Cobourg services reduced during the holidays

The Town of Cobourg has announced changes to hours for municipal offices and transit over the holidays ahead.

Victoria Hall offices (55 King St. W.), Venture 13 Innovation and Entrepreneurship Centre (at 39 D'Arcy St. - along with its economic development offices) and Public Works Building 7 (740 Division St.) are closed Wednesday, Dec. 25, Thursday, Dec. 26, and Wednesday, Jan. 1.

Also in Victoria Hall, the Art Gallery of Northumberland (third floor west) is closed from Dec. 22 through Jan. 1. For the Cobourg Community Centre (750 D'Arcy St.), the facility closes at 3 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 24, and Tuesday, Dec. 31. It will be closed as well on Dec. 24 and 25, and on Jan. 1.

Hours for the Cobourg Public Library (200 Ontario St.) are the same, except that the two early closures will be at 1 p.m.

For Cobourg Transit, there are reduced hours on Tuesday, Dec. 24, and Tuesday, Dec. 31, of 6:15 a.m. to 5 p.m. There will be no service Wednesday, Dec. 25, and Wednesday, Jan. 1, with a regular schedule on all other dates, including Boxing Day (see www.Cobourg.ca/Transit for more information).
