Brookside property sold

The Ontario Government has sold the former Brookside Youth facility property in Cobourg.

Infrastructure Ontario, which lists  provincially-owned properties for sale, has the 30-acre site designated as sold.

A price for the King Street East property was not disclosed.

The parcel of land has been for sale since February 8.
