Having announced the suspension of the taxi-owner's license for A1 Taxi, the Town of Cobourg has announced that an Appeal Hearing Request in the matter has been received from 1979388 Ontario Ltd. - Verander Gill – Owner.
Pursuant to Section 5(1) of the Municipal Act 2001 and town's Bylaw No. 014-2014, the hearing committee (municipal council) will meet March 9 at 4 p.m. in council chambers (third floor east at Victoria Hall, 55 King St. E.) for a hearing to consider this application.
