Community Care Northumberland is proud to announce that its annual Easter Cookies fundraiser brought in $5,900 to support its Meals On Wheels program.
Community members embraced the opportunity to give back in March with their purchases of Easter-themed cookies handmade by Roda's Kitchen, and the results will fund 590 nutritious Meals On Wheels for Community Care clients across the county,
Community Care Chief Executive Officer Jordan Prosper extended thanks for the overwhelming support “from our community, donors, volunteers, and especially Lucy and her team at Roda's Kitchen for their dedication year after year.
“Through this fundraiser, we're able to deliver 590 meals to individuals in need, offering not only nourishment but also care and connection.”
