Port Hope Police investigate B&E

The Port Hope Police Service is investigating a break and enter that occurred at a gas station in the area of Ontario Street and Phillips Road in Port Hope.

At approximately 2:00 a.m. yesterday, three male suspects entered the business wearing all black clothing, face coverings, and gloves. The suspects removed a safe and a large quantity of cigarettes before fleeing the scene.

The suspects were observed leaving the area in a dark-coloured Ford F-150 crew cab, FX4 model. Police are asking residents and businesses in the surrounding area to review any CCTV or dash camera footage that may have captured suspicious activity during the time of the incident.

Anyone with information is asked to contact the Port Hope Police Service at 905-885-8123 or submit an anonymous tip through Crime Stoppers.
