The Town of Cobourg Legislative Services Division has announced that a special meeting of council ha been called for 5 PM Tuesday, Jan. 20.

A closed-session period will be followed by two items of business – a report regarding proposed updates to the New Comprehensive Zoning Bylaw (regarding administrative and mapping corrections) and a bylaw to amend the Comprehensive Zoning Bylaw to incorporate these corrections.

As the report from Director of Development Division Chris Challenger and Manager of Long-Range Planning Anthony Caruso states, “the matters identified are technical in nature, do not represent policy changes and do not affect the intent or overall structure of the bylaw.”

The meeting will be of the hybrid model, with members of the public invited to attend in person or on-line.
