Cobourg man faces sexual assault charges

A 39-year-old Cobourg man is facing sexual assault charges. Police began their investigation on September 13, into the allegations.

The unidentified man is charged with sexual assault, invitation to sexual touching, sexual interference and making sexual material available to a person under 14-years-old.

The man was held for a bail hearing. His identity is not being released to protect the identity of the victim.
