Cobourg Police are turning to the public for help in identifying three people suspected in a distraction theft and shoplifting.

Police were called to a business in the King and Spring Streets area July 29.

It's alleged that one man distracted an employee, while two others took and concealed items in their sweaters. The men apparently drove off in a dark coloured sedan.

Police have obtained CCTV footage from the business and are looking to identify the individuals in the photos. Anyone with information is asked to contact police.
