Roseneath man dead after being struck by truck

A Roseneath man is dead after being struck by a pick up truck in Alderville Friday night.

Emergency crews responded to County Road 45 just after 8:30 PM to the scene of a collision involving a pedestrian and a pickup truck.

The pedestrian, a 45-year-old man, from Roseneath, was transported to a local hospital where they were later pronounced deceased.

County Road 45 was closed at County Road 18 and County Road 24. The investigation continues.
