Northumberland OPP have charged a second person in relation to an incident at Campbellford High School.

A 15-year-old teenager was arrested last Tuesday for allegedly bringing a landed handgun, ammunition and knives to the school and was making threats. No one was injured in that incident.

Police say a 48-year-old Havelock woman was arrested on Monday, following a search warrant execution last week.

Multiple firearms, ammunition and other weapons were seized.

The unidentified woman is charged with careless storage of a firearm. She will appear in a Cobourg court at a later date. Her identity is being withheld to protect the youth charged.
