Northumberland OPP say a fire truck was struck by a tractor-trailer, the second such incident this month.
Police say the big rig collided with the parked fire truck on Saturday afternoon on Highway 401 westbound near Grafton.
The tractor trailer came to a stop in the ditch. The driver is facing charges and will appear in court at a later date.
On February 7, a firefighter was sent to hospital in an alleged hit and run on the 401 eastbound near Port Hope.
That driver was charged with failing to remain at the scene of an accident. The firefighter sustained minor injuries.
Authorities say a snowmobiler was rescued on Rice Lake Monday at approximately 7PM.
EMS responded as the caller stated they were unable to move and became short of breath.
OPP reached the man, who was located near a dock and he was quickly reunited with his family.
