Town announces new Cultural Master Plan launch date

By Cecilia Nasmith

Having been forced to cancel a February date due to bad weather, the Town of Cobourg announces March 21 as the new date for the launch of its Cultural Master Plan process.

The launch will be a public event that runs from 6 to 8 p.m. in the Cameco Room at the Cobourg Community Centre (750 D'Arcy St.), with a process overview, visioning-and-engagement exercise and an opportunity for feedback. The town is asking for RSVPs to assist with the planning. You can reserve your spot by visiting www.tiny.cc/culturalmasterplan.

The town is also extending the deadline for their on-line survey until March 13 to allow for a larger survey sampling. Your input is welcomed at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/cobourgcmpsurvey.
