Some people are running into problems while trying to book a vaccination appointment through the province’s online system.
The provincial government says the booking portal is dealing with an “intermittent technical issue.”
The issue surfaced on the same day as many people 50 and older became eligible for a booster.
Although some users found themselves locked out of the system, officials say thousands of people were able to book appointments on Monday morning.
Many users say they tried to enter the portal on Monday, but gave up after receiving error messages. Others say the site simply crashed when they tried to make an appointment.
A spokesperson for Health Minister Christine Elliott says the province is working on a fix.
Until the issue is resolved, officials say you should keep trying to get an appointment or call the province’s phone booking line at 1-833-943-3900.
